There is no greater honor than to serve our nation. We value the sacrifices made by members of the U.S. military to protect our nation and fight for our freedoms. As a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), we take pride in helping veterans transition from the military into the business world and civilian life. We have several veterans working for Pinnacle and value all that they bring to our organization. We believe in never leaving a soldier, sailor, marine, airman, or coast guardian behind and want to ensure we provide employment opportunities for veterans to make the journey from battlefield to boardroom.
At Pinnacle we understand the transition from active military duty to civilian life can be rather challenging, but we will be with you every step of the way. We offer assistance by providing updated and current information on medical benefits, educational benefits and other VA sponsored events to assist in military to civilian transitions. We also assist in identifying, vetting, and preparing our veteran associates by helping them obtain training and certifications needed in the business world.
In support of our commitment to caring for veterans, Pinnacle has partnered with a dynamic veteran employment placement program, Virginia Values Veterans Program (V3). This organization not only identifies qualified veterans for potential employers, it assists veterans with specific job training, resume preparation, and civilian employment preparation. We are passionate that all veterans, regardless of service-disabilities succeed in the workforce. You bring value and unique skills sets that are embraced and needed. We are here to help you!
Our CEO, Jennifer Rios, was a member of the United Sates Army for 13 years and served in both Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) and Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF). She suffered service-related disabilities and understands how difficult transitioning from the military to civilian life can be. She is very passionate about helping fellow veterans avoid obstacles she encountered during her transition and has made it her personal agenda to ensure that all veterans joining Pinnacle experience the same spirit-de-corps, professionalism, and commitment to values they adhered to on active duty.
